Unamplified yet unmistakably loud, the band commands any street corner, stage, or festival route with honking horns, driving rhythms, and a larger-than-life sound that pulls crowds in and keeps them moving. From joyous parade anthems to deep-groove global inspirations, every performance is a celebration.

With bizarre bass lines, punchy brass harmonies, and a flair all their own, they transform block parties, street fairs and festivals into full-blown brass-powered dance explosions. Since starting out on the trumpet in third grade, Robert has sunk to lower and lower depths in the brass section. He's played in brass bands in Chicago, Northampton, MA, and Baltimore, but these days he holds down the low end for Overpass Brass. He currently serves as president of the Alameda Community Band and can be found during Oktoberfest season with Polkageist West.
